Job Description\

As a Team Member Relations specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and delivering initiatives that drive engagement, wellbeing, communication, and positive workplace experiences across our team.

This is a hands-on, team-focused role, where your HR or recruitment background will shine as you help drive growth, organizational change, and a thriving workplace culture.

You will work closely with managers and team members to implement strategies that support the well-being of employees and foster a productive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications\

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2+ years' experience in human resources or a strong recruitment background\
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field\
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across teams\
  • A collaborative and proactive approach\
  • Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation

Additionally, you will need a strong sense of confidentiality, empathy, and professionalism when handling sensitive matters.
