Job Overview

The Events Manager is responsible for creating memorable brand experiences that bring the company to life through world-class events. They manage a portfolio of events, lead/consult teams of specialists, coordinators, and contractors, and set a three-year vision and strategy for their event portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute dynamic brand events and experiences.
  • Manage relationships with event agencies and third-party suppliers, vendors, production, and contractors.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create experiential concepts and tactics that deliver into brand objectives.
  • Strategize and work with digital teams to activate experiences that connect the in-store and digital experience.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in experiential marketing.
  • Bachelor of Business - Event Management.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Creative and strategic thinker who has delivered results through execution.
