Job Opportunity

The role involves managing business relationships with key clients to an extensive portfolio of national and specialty retailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain solid business relationships with large head office retailers.
  • Manage all business-related requirements of Key Account including pricing and margin mix.
  • Work with allocated key accounts to develop opportunities for everyday product ranges and seasonal ranges.
  • Provide clear and concise briefs to the brand and creative teams based on feedback from key accounts.
  • Engage with various functions at retailers for smooth business relationships – buyer, planner, and logistics.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide retailer trend reports and forecasts to the internal brand and creative teams to assist with range development.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets by retailer by department by brand.

Strong planning and forecasting skills, along with high-level analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. Understanding of costs, wholesale, and retail price architecture is also required.

Requirements:
  • 8-12 years work experience with a minimum of 5 years in Account Management.
  • Previous experience in soft or hardlines merchandise a must.
  • Understanding and exposure to Licensed Merchandise a must.
  • Highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and in a wider team.
