Senior Contract Manager Opportunity

This key role requires a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Administrator to work on a large-scale residential project in North Sydney.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage head contracts and subcontractor administration
  • Prepare and review scopes of work, tender evaluations, and contract documentation
  • Handle progress claims, variations, and EOTs
  • Maintain financial tracking and cost forecasting using Jobpac
  • Support project reporting and compliance requirements
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in residential construction
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and within a project team
  • Proficient in Jobpac (essential)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

The ideal candidate will be confident using Jobpac systems and have a strong understanding of contract administration principles.
