Project Lead Position

We are seeking a skilled project lead to oversee the design management of our 200m residential project. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction industry and at least 5 years of experience in design management.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing pre-construction design activities across multiple construction projects.
  • They will collaborate with clients, project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • The project lead will review project specifications and contracts to identify design requirements and constraints.
  • They will advise on project design schedules and budgets.
  • The project lead must ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction project management tools and software.
  • Understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on largescale industrial construction projects from $30m upwards.
  • Familiarity with building codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Evaluate project performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
