About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our residential construction project team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of high-end residential builds.

Our ideal candidate has 3+ years' experience in residential construction, with strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset. They will bring confidence in pricing, negotiating, and managing scopes of work, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include cost tracking, analysis, and forecasting, procurement of materials and subcontractor agreements, drafting and reviewing head contracts, scopes, and BOQs, processing progress claims and contract variations, and building strong relationships with subcontractors, architects, and consultants.

Your Qualifications
  • A degree in construction-related field or trade background
  • 3+ years' experience as a CA or Estimator in residential construction
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Possess a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Confident in managing competing deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
