The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lending Specialist to originate new lending opportunities and strengthen our distribution relationships. This role will see you:
- Originate and manage a pipeline of real estate-backed lending transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, introducers, developers, and corporate clients.
- Collaborate closely with our credit and investment teams to deliver tailored funding solutions.
- Represent Vangeld in the market with professionalism and integrity, contributing to our reputation as a trusted capital partner.
- Play a key role in the continued expansion of Vangeld's lending portfolio.
What You Bring
A proven track record in commercial lending, private credit, or structured finance (ideally 5+ years).
An established network of clients, brokers, aggregators, or referral partners, with a history of originating quality transactions.
A strong technical understanding of credit and loan structuring.
Commercial acumen with the ability to deliver solutions that align borrower needs with prudent risk assessment.
Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills.
