Your Opportunity

The Risk & Compliance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our risk management framework and compliance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing development and maintenance of the risk management framework and compliance practices.
  • Implementing new regulatory and legislative requirements, and monitoring adherence to existing obligations.
  • Preparing regular reports for senior leadership teams.
  • Assisting with maintaining our risk appetite statement, and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Reviewing relevant policies and procedures to ensure consistency of risk management and compliance practices.
  • Assisting with first line of defense organization-wide risk identification, assessment, recording, measurement, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Assessing and reporting on the adequacy and effectiveness of management controls in place, and assisting with continuous improvement of these controls.
  • Overseeing credit hindsight reviews of home loans and personal loans, and related reporting of results.
