Windows Systems Infrastructure Manager

The role involves overseeing Windows systems infrastructure across the enterprise, ensuring our services are reliable, secure, scalable, and performant. Main Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Design and Deployment: Manage Windows systems infrastructure and associated services (e.g., Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS services) to support business operations.
  • Automation and Scripting: Develop and automate system processes using scripting languages to reduce manual intervention and minimize operational overhead.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Incident Management: Participate in incident management processes to quickly identify and resolve issues affecting Windows systems infrastructure.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and optimize system performance using monitoring and logging tools to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience leveraging automation to manage Windows systems and infrastructure.
  • Cloud Platforms: In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Infrastructure as Code Tools: Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical experience implementing, managing, and supporting windows systems infrastructure.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, PowerShell).
