Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and automating complex Windows infrastructure solutions across multiple environments.

Our ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration and infrastructure design, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server technologies. They should also have advanced scripting capabilities in PowerShell and experience managing enterprise-scale Windows environments.

As a key member of our team, you will lead technical initiatives for infrastructure improvements and automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive Infrastructure as Code templates for Windows environments and create automated workflows for system administration using PowerShell, Python, and other automation tools.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in cloud operations and experience working with virtualization technologies, particularly Hyper-V or equivalent. They should also have experience designing and implementing security controls in classified environments.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing large-scale automation solutions and architecture and system design capabilities. Experience with configuration management systems (SCCM, PowerShell DSC) and infrastructure automation tools and CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in Windows Server administration and infrastructure design, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server technologies
  • Advanced scripting capabilities in PowerShell
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale Windows environments
  • Strong background in cloud operations
  • Experience working with virtualization technologies, particularly Hyper-V or equivalent
