Job Title: Windows Desktop and Server Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic IT team as a Windows Desktop and Server Engineer. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting and managing Windows desktop and server environments.

As a Windows Desktop and Server Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the stability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure while providing expert-level support to end users and collaborating on infrastructure improvements.

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

    2. Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktop and server systems (Windows 11, Windows Server).">
    3. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues to ensure optimal operations.">
    4. Implement and manage security protocols, updates, and antivirus solutions to safeguard systems.">
    5. Provide technical support to end-users and guidance to junior IT staff as required.">
    6. Perform regular patching, updates, system backups, and disaster recovery tasks.">
    7. Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.">
    8. Collaborate with the broader IT team to plan, test, and implement new systems and technologies.">
    9. Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services.">

">Requirements and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.">
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Windows Desktop/Server support role.">
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 11, Windows Server editions).">
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services.">
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.">
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.">
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently or within a team environment.">
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate) are advantageous.">
