Job Title: Senior Windows Systems Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Systems Infrastructure Manager to lead the management of our Windows systems infrastructure across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, deploying, and managing Windows systems infrastructure, as well as experience with automation and scripting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deployment: Design and deploy Windows systems infrastructure to meet business needs, ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and performance.
  • Automation and Scripting: Develop and automate system processes to reduce manual intervention and minimize operational overhead, utilizing scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Incident Management: Participate in incident management processes to quickly identify and resolve issues, conduct root cause analysis to prevent future incidents, and analyze system performance using monitoring and logging tools.
Requirements:
  • 10+ Years Experience: 10+ years of experience leveraging automation to manage Windows systems and infrastructure, with a strong background in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • IaC Tools: Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in one or more programming languages, including Python, PowerShell, or similar.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours as required by business priorities and be available on a 24x7x365 basis when needed for production impacting incidents or key customer events.
