System Architectural Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Architectural Specialist to join our team.

This individual will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing Windows systems infrastructure across the enterprise, ensuring our services are reliable, secure, scalable, and performant.

  • Design and implement Windows systems architecture to meet business requirements, utilizing automation tools to minimize manual intervention.
  • Develop and maintain system processes to enhance efficiency, using scripting and programming languages such as Python and PowerShell.
  • Implement and manage infrastructure as code, leveraging tools like Terraform and CloudFormation to ensure consistency and repeatability.
  • Participate in incident management processes, identifying and resolving issues, and conducting root cause analysis to prevent future incidents.
  • Analyze system performance using monitoring and logging tools, working to improve response times and decrease downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance security, reliability, and scalability, and provide technical guidance on system architecture and design.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in system architecture and design, with a focus on Windows systems infrastructure.
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure, and experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
  • Strong technical skills in implementing, managing, and supporting Windows systems infrastructure, and proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  • Able to work flexible hours, with availability for 24/7 support when required.
