Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Host to join our team at Airlie Beach. As a key member of our resort team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and generating sales appointments for our sales centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register owners and guests, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and information on local area attractions, ensuring guests make the most of their vacation.
  • Complete all department-related paperwork and utilize communication equipment to ensure seamless guest interactions.
  • Meet guests face-to-face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers, highlighting the benefits of traveling within our Wyndham Destinations community.
  • Build rapport with guests to deliver an exceptional experience, working closely with the resort operations team to ensure a seamless transition through the check-in process.
  • Clearly articulate the value of our vacation ownership products and services, meeting targets and KPIs as set by the business.
  • This role requires flexibility, including weekend and public holiday shifts.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or customer-facing role.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the local area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
  • High levels of computer literacy and experience with PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.).
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
