Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Guest Experience Host to join our team at Airlie Beach. As a key member of our resort team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register and greet guests, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience
  • Offer personalized recommendations and information on local attractions and activities
  • Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by generating appointments for our sales centers
  • Build rapport with guests and deliver exceptional service to drive customer loyalty and retention
  • Collaborate with the resort operations team to ensure a high level of service and a seamless guest experience
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of traveling within our Wyndham Destinations community
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the business

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel or customer service role
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards
  • High levels of computer literacy and experience with PMS systems (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera, etc.)
  • The ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays
