Talent Acquisition and Culture Development Role

We are seeking a skilled Talent & Culture Officer to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and enhance company culture.

  • Attract and recruit top talent by developing effective strategies that meet staffing needs.
  • Initiate and drive a positive culture through engagement, reward, and recognition initiatives that boost employee motivation and productivity.
  • Bolster employee skills and knowledge through the implementation of signature programs that align with company goals.
  • Maintain a stable working environment by adhering to industry guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide reports and checklists as required to ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as the first point of contact for T&C related matters, policies, and procedures, offering ongoing support to colleagues.
  • Ensure workplace health, safety, and welfare through the implementation of Accor Health and Safety initiatives and participation in the WHS Committee.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Human Resources, Business, or similar, or relevant experience.
  • Able to engage well with others, display empathy, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication types and build relationships within the organization.
  • Drive, discipline, and resourcefulness to work independently.
  • Solid knowledge of HR processes, including some IR legislation (FairWork, NES).
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
