**About the role**:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic team member to join our Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development team Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this is a newly created role designed to support the existing TA & L&D teams across a range of important functions and exciting development projects. This is a unique opportunity in a fast paced, dynamic and fun environment, focused on creating joy and memories that last lifetimes

**Duties of the role**:

- Liaise with the P&C team with regards to onboarding, policies and procedures, remuneration and benefits, visas, mobility, inductions, etc
- Work with the business units to identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Assist with coaching and development to hiring managers to ensure best practice attraction, interview and selection techniques are implemented and maintained
- Update the LMS system to ensure that training administration is accurate and up to date
- Assist with ensuring that the content and delivery of our L&D courses are compliant with relevant regulations, policies and procedures
- Liaise with external training companies and organise courses accordingly
- Monitor, book and follow up on internal and external training for all team members across the Village Roadshow Theme Park group
- Assist with the School Based Traineeship & Apprenticeship programs including completing paperwork for related incentives
- In consultation with the P&C Manager, develop and facilitate a range of learning and development courses
- Undergraduate degree in HR or a related field
- Talent Acquisition experience within a fast-paced environment with volume recruitment
- Demonstrative experience in managing the end to end recruitment process and competency based interviewing
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment essential with an expectation to upgrade to the TAE40122 in due course
- Appropriate "lived experience" in a business environment to be able to impart your work experiences during the delivery of in-house training programs
- Experience delivering a variety of training programs within an internal L&D environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office with a high attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to various working environments
- Previous experience in SAP LMS and Page Up People would be advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in partnership with other internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated and passionate about recruitment
