Talent Acquisition Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our recruitment process, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for leadership roles within our organisation.

Your primary goal will be to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that ensure timely and efficient outcomes. This includes full function management of a portfolio and conducting recruitment activities.

  • Portfolio Management: You will manage a diverse portfolio of recruitment projects, ensuring seamless execution and meeting deadlines.
  • Recruitment Activities: Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates, leveraging various sourcing tools and networks.

You will also work closely with hiring managers to provide guidance and support throughout the talent acquisition process. Your ability to liaise with stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality is crucial for this role.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in the recruitment industry, preferably in an internal recruitment role.
  • Relevant qualifications in HR or Business Management disciplines (not mandatory).
  • Awareness of current and emerging talent acquisition technologies and recruitment trends.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
