Bond University's People and Culture team is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to develop and implement recruitment strategies.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be integral to driving top talent acquisition across all Faculties and Offices, collaborating closely with managers and business partners to align recruitment efforts with organisational goals and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
  • Collaborate with management to drive recruitment decisions and improve the hiring process
  • Manage and inspire a small team of recruitment professionals
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within higher education
  • Exceptional knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws and regulations, and diversity and inclusion strategies
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including HRIS and recruitment platforms
