The APAC Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) regroups Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers based in 7 different countries (covering all APAC scope including 14 countries), dedicated to finding the best talents for Air Liquide. This role will join a supportive team environment partnering with internal stakeholders to meet their hiring needs.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Consult hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Manage the end to end recruitment process with hiring Managers and HRBPs
- Deliver consistent and standardised recruitment processes and the right channel to select the best talents for the company
- Build high-quality partnerships with recruitment service providers
- Participates in the onboarding process and getting frequent feedback from new hires
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- 1 - 2 years experience in recruitment
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn
- A creative mind with a strong drive to enhance employee experience.
- A high degree of professionalism, judgment and discretion as you will be handling confidential information.
- Strong communication (Both written and verbal), interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
