Hotel Guest Services Representative

As a member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy and well-maintained. This includes:

- Cleaning and replenishing amenities in guest bedrooms and bathrooms
- Vacuuming rooms and corridors
- Changing and replenishing bed linen, towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
- Undertaking regular deep cleaning tasks
- Restocking and maintaining trolleys on a daily basis
- Reporting any missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor and owning responsibility for replacing or repairing them to maintain an uninterrupted stay for guests
- Ensuring that all equipment inside and around guest rooms, as well as in work areas, is in working condition
- Being environmentally aware and disposing of waste accordingly
- Managing guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Complying with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Carrying out lost property procedures
- Assisting other departments where necessary and maintaining good working relationships

It would be advantageous if you had prior experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry.
