We are seeking an experienced sales enablement professional to join our team. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales methodologies to drive commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy to uplevel our sales teams by implementing sales methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Deeply understand the needs and challenges of our sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to customise and implement sales methodologies relevant to each team.
- Create training materials and deliver training sessions to establish sales methodology practices within our teams.
- Conduct call calibrations and coaching sessions with sales, onboarding, and customer success team members to provide feedback on strengths and areas of improvement.
- Benchmark across teams and partner closely with team leads to provide insights on how to improve team performance.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement in a SaaS industry.
- An entrepreneurial spirit for creating and customising sales methodologies to meet the needs of our business and teams.
- Experience fostering effective working relationships, quickly building rapport and engagement with cross-functional leaders to get buy-in and support.
- Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to identifying key challenges and finding solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and quality assurance to contribute to the creation of high-performance teams.
- Energy and resilience in spades.
- Highly results-oriented and ability to hustle.
- Ready for a new challenge and able to hit the ground running.
- Ability to connect and influence both face-to-face and via video/phone.
