
Sales Enablement Specialist

We're on the hunt for an experienced sales enablement professional to join our team. As a sales enablement expert, you'll play a crucial role in designing and training sales methodologies to build high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy that uplevels sales capabilities by implementing sales methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Work closely with sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to understand their needs and challenges, and customise sales methodologies accordingly.
- Create engaging training materials and deliver sessions to establish sales methodology practices.
- Conduct call calibrations and coaching sessions to provide feedback on strengths and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with operations teams to capture call calibrations and sales methodology scoring across the sales funnel.
What You Need
- 5+ years experience in sales enablement in SaaS industry.
- A consultative approach to identifying key challenges and finding solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of sales methodologies and quality assurance.
- Ability to foster effective working relationships and build rapport with x-functional leaders.
