We're on the hunt for an experienced sales enablement professional to join our team. As a sales enablement expert, you'll play a crucial role in designing and training sales methodologies to build high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy that uplevels sales capabilities by implementing sales methodologies and quality assurance processes.
  • Work closely with sales, onboarding, and customer success teams to understand their needs and challenges, and customise sales methodologies accordingly.
  • Create engaging training materials and deliver sessions to establish sales methodology practices.
  • Conduct call calibrations and coaching sessions to provide feedback on strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to capture call calibrations and sales methodology scoring across the sales funnel.

What You Need

  • 5+ years experience in sales enablement in SaaS industry.
  • A consultative approach to identifying key challenges and finding solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong understanding of sales methodologies and quality assurance.
  • Ability to foster effective working relationships and build rapport with x-functional leaders.
