Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Liquor Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert product knowledge to customers.

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Develop and maintain a strong product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and meet sales targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety protocols
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display activities to create an attractive store environment
