Grand Motors Toyota in Southport (QLD) are searching for an experienced Floor Manager to join their current Retail Sales team. You will be 1 of 2 Floor Managers in the team.

The successful applicant will work in a challenging and rewarding role with an organisation that recognises people who add value to the business. You will be provided a fully maintained company vehicle and receive full support from Management to ensure the continuing successful operation of the Retail Sales Department.

A thorough understanding of Dealership Sales is required, and previous management experience would be advantageous.  Strong leadership, organisational skills and effective time management are a must.

The successful applicant must be able to offer following:

  • Manage a team of retail sales consultants and offer ongoing sales training and support
  • Assist with all areas of the sales process with the Retail Sales Team
  • Be an excellent communicator with both staff and guests of the dealership
  • Be driven by KPI's and targets set by the dealership and manufacturer
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Must hold a current QLD Motor Vehicle Sales License.
  • Experience with DealerSocket DMS and SalesLogs highly regarded.
  • Must work each Saturday, with an RDO during the week.
