About This Opportunity

This is an exciting chance for a Flooring Sales Professional to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop strong relationships with builders, contractors, and other commercial clients.
  • Promote and sell flooring products and services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide technical advice on flooring solutions and create presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the business's growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare quotes and proposals for clients and negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using a CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and build relationships with customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on flooring solutions.
  • A strong understanding of flooring products, materials, and installation processes.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and a CRM system.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
