We're seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to fill key sales floor positions as Christmas Casuals.

About the Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences that exceed expectations
  • Support your team in achieving sales and performance targets
  • Maintain a high standard of store presentation, including receiving, restocking, and merchandising stock
  • Pick and pack online orders efficiently
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends and holidays
  • Retail experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a love for sneakers and streetwear
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment and work independently when required
  • A self-motivated and goal-driven approach
  • An openness to learning and feedback, with a commitment to continuous improvement
