We're seeking enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated individuals to join our team as Christmas Casuals. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to create, support and contribute to a high-performance culture that ensures our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

  • Supporting a variety of areas within our stores from customer-facing to back-of-house operations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service including pre-, during- and post-sale interactions.
  • Contributing to the overall brand and store experience by assisting with product merchandising on the sales floor.
  • Ensuring efficient stock delivery and processing into store.

Our Christmas Casual Team Members must be available to work the peak period, typically from September/October 2025 to February 2026. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.

Key Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated.
  • Customer-focused and results-driven.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people.
