Job Title: Flooring Sales and Business Development Representative

 

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Flooring Sales and Business Development Representative. This is an opportunity to launch your career in a fast-growing industry, working closely with residential and commercial clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include responding to inbound leads, booking showroom appointments, organising site measures, and delivering exceptional customer service. As you gain experience and product knowledge, you will have the opportunity to grow into a business development role, building relationships with trade clients and industry professionals.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound leads without cold calling
  • Book and host showroom appointments, guiding customers through flooring options
  • Organise and attend site measures requiring a driver's licence
  • Deliver exceptional service and follow-up to turn enquiries into happy customers
  • Learn the ins and outs of flooring products, installation, and interior solutions
  • Grow into a business development role, building relationships with trade clients and industry professionals

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills for helping people and building relationships
  • Interest in interior design, architecture, or property (experience is a bonus)
  • Full driver's licence (essential)
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
