About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Partnerships and Development Manager to join our team at Garvan Research Foundation. This is a diverse and dynamic role that will involve building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, developing fundraising campaigns, and providing exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic partnerships with corporate organizations to secure funding and resources for research projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing corporate partners to ensure continued support and engagement.
  • Develop and execute fundraising campaigns to meet annual targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including community fundraisers, donors, and corporate partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote research and fundraising initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, or sales.
  • Proven track record of securing new business and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
