About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to spearhead our people strategy and cultivate a culture of excellence within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance in relation to recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and developing employee onboarding programs.
  • Offer counsel to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
  • Analyse data and generate reports to inform executive decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives.
