Job Description

As a strategic and trusted advisor, you will develop a deep understanding of the business to support the achievement of our strategic people plan. This role will play a key part in leading and driving the achievement of desired business objectives through expert knowledge and commitment to developing and implementing effective national and state people solutions.

You will work closely with senior leaders across three QLD regions and report directly to the Head of People. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing our people strategy across diverse teams, particularly with regards to talent, capability, and leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals who have a proven capacity to operate both strategically and operationally. You will have a strong track record in employment relations, change management, and/or project management, and be highly influential in driving change across the organization.

  • Develop and implement effective national and state people solutions: aligned with our strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Work with senior leaders: across three QLD regions and report to the Head of People.
  • Develop and implement our people strategy: across diverse teams, particularly with regards to talent, capability, and leadership.
  • Experience in employment relations, change management, and/or project management.
  • A proven capacity to operate both strategically and operationally.
