Key Responsibilities: The Commercial Acceleration Strategy team acts as an 'Internal Management Consulting' team to solve for strategic, commercially focused challenges at our company. These initiatives cover various commercial topics, focusing on future revenue growth opportunities. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for training and mentoring other members of the broader team.

What You'll Do: Responsibilities include:

  • Do the strategic framing of complex business challenges, then solve for these problems with rich data
  • Train, lead, and mentor Analysts/Senior Analysts in the team
  • Be a visible point of contact for senior leaders and provide concise answers to ad-hoc commercial questions
  • Collaborate closely with divisions like Pricing, Digital, B2B sales, Marketing, and Ancillary Products
  • Identify opportunities across commercial functions and lead cross-functional delivery of complex projects

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need extensive experience in Strategy, confident communication and leadership skills, and the ability to concisely convey insights and recommendations to C-Suite stakeholders.
