About this Opportunity:

Lead the People function across multiple large-scale operations and a highly diverse workforce in a senior leadership role.

  • Uplift the HR function by leading an established team.
  • Build line manager capability in labour planning, shift rosters, workforce productivity, performance, and retention.
  • Oversee industrial relations, including EBA negotiations, award interpretation, union engagement, governance, and compliance.
  • Manage onboarding, training, and workforce planning for a multicultural workforce.
  • Act as a trusted partner to operational leaders in a high-volume, dynamic environment.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished HR leader with experience in HR Management or Senior HR Management leadership roles within manufacturing, FMCG, or large-scale industrial operations.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business outcomes and enhance employee engagement.
