Property Management Position

The successful property management team excels in delivering exceptional service by maintaining a manageable workload and providing a supportive working environment.

  • Capped portfolio based on personal capacity to ensure effective management.
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants to address their concerns and needs.
  • Completing routine, entry, and exit inspections and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Managing arrears to prevent financial issues.
  • Coordinating repairs & maintenance to maintain the property's condition.
  • Carrying out regular rent and lease reviews to optimize revenue.
Requirements:
  • 1.5+ years of previous property management experience.
  • QLD Certificate of Registration for property management.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reports and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management to meet deadlines.
  • Corporate presentation to represent the organization professionally.
  • Valid driver's license for site visits.
