Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Strata Manager to lead our portfolio of schemes, build strong relationships, and provide expert advice.

  • Maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes, establishing trust with scheme owners and committees.
  • Coordinate Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other important meetings, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Prepare comprehensive budgets, agendas, and minutes in collaboration with other departments.
  • Analyze legislation and support the enforcement of by-laws, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Manage insurance, coordinate repairs, and maintenance, prioritizing the well-being of strata communities.

The successful applicant will have at least two years of experience in Strata Management, possessing excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional approach to all aspects of strata management.
