Transform the lives of individuals and families experiencing vulnerability by working as a Property Manager.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee day-to-day tenancy and property operations across our Community Services programs, ensuring that properties are well maintained, compliant, and supportive of tenant wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage property entry/exit processes, inspections, and condition reports to ensure seamless operation.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests, guaranteeing timely action and compliance.
  • Coordinate fire and safety requirements and ensure WHS standards are met for a safe work environment.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, real estate agents, and service contractors through effective communication.
  • Provide guidance to tenants on tenancy matters, promoting positive outcomes.
  • Complete property reconciliations accurately in the rent management system.
  • Oversee rent and tenancy management systems and maintain accurate records for transparency.
  • Ensure documentation, leases, and contracts are up to date and compliant with regulations.
  • Prepare reports and data as required for internal and external obligations, facilitating informed decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with clients, case officers, and external partners to deliver person-centered services and supports across housing, family, mental health, and postvention.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven time management and organisational abilities, and problem-solving skills. You must also hold a 'C' class Open driver licence and relevant checks or be eligible to apply.
