Our team is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties located in close proximity to our office.

This role offers the opportunity to work with cloud-based software and enjoy flexibility in working from home. Additionally, you will have access to lots of support from your Assistant and Head of Department.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 1-2 years experience as a Property Manager, current QLD Certificate of Registration, a reliable motor vehicle, and driver's license, as well as excellent time management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of up to 130 properties, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
