Real Estate Asset Manager Job Description

 

Job Description:

Our organisation is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Real Estate Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of 110 properties.

Key responsibilities include managing property inspections, conducting routine maintenance tasks, coordinating repairs and addressing any tenant issues in a professional and timely manner. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records, prepare reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, excellent communication skills, a high level of organisational ability and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role
  • Must hold a current Certificate of Registration
  • High level of communication and attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding telephone manner & time management
  • Valid driver's license
