Are you a seasoned Strata professional seeking a new challenge? We're looking for an experienced and passionate Strata Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic portfolio management: maintain a comprehensive portfolio of Strata schemes, build strong relationships, and provide trusted advice on all things strata.
  • Meetings facilitation: facilitate and attend Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and other meetings with ease.
  • Operational support: prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes in collaboration with other departments.
  • Legislative interpretation: interpret relevant legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws.
  • Asset maintenance: maintain insurance, coordinate repairs, and ensure timely maintenance.
