Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strata Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of strata schemes, building strong relationships with clients, and providing expert guidance on all aspects of strata management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a portfolio of strata schemes, develop strategies for growth, and provide exceptional client service
  • Facilitate and attend annual general meetings and other meetings, ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues
  • Develop and manage budgets, agendas, and minutes in collaboration with other departments
  • Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws, maintaining compliance and minimizing risk
  • Coordinate insurance, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruptions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in strata management, with a proven track record of success
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Professional certification or degree in strata management or related field
