About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Production Manager at our Noarlunga store. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our Production Team. Your team's primary objective is to ensure we offer a great selection of products at competitive prices by sorting donations from our charity partners and preparing them for our retail floor.

A typical day in this role might include:

  • Coaching team members on meeting their sorting targets
  • Welcoming and training new team members into our business
  • Engaging with our valued customers and donors
  • Planning production for the following month
  • Leading team safety meetings
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a mix of the following:

  • Availability for full-time hours – Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment – you might have worked in retail, production, warehousing, or hospitality
  • Strong communication and coaching skills – you know how to empower and inspire your team to achieve their goals
  • Impact-driven – you want to make a positive impact on your team and community
  • Customer-focused – we make service count, so you will need to be passionate about providing an exceptional experience at every interaction with our valued customers and donors
  • Eager to learn – you are always looking to find a better way, adapt, and improve
