Leading a Team in Loan Servicing

The Loan Servicing Team Leader will lead the teams within the Customer Contact Centre, driving improvements in performance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Directing teams to achieve targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Managing day-to-day operational requirements and tactical issues on the floor
  • Recruitment and management of team members, ensuring ongoing high performance
  • Ensuring all staff are appropriately managed through onboarding, development, and performance management
  • Preparing strategic plans to respond to service issues or gaps

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a related role, preferably in a fast-paced finance/banking service centre environment.

They will be committed to continuous improvement, innovation in quality assurance, and able to work in cross-functional teams.

A strong advocate for customer satisfaction, they will drive a culture of risk awareness.
