Customer Service Professional Opportunity

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective loan variation processing, communication, and education. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer and broker loan servicing requests.
  • Assess loans for approval or decline in line with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and stakeholders via various channels.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests for status updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Banking experience and expert knowledge of loan servicing processes.
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a credit/lending environment, including analysis of self-employed applications and existing loan management.
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills (oral and written).
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility and willingness to try different approaches to reach successful outcomes.
