We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Director to join our team.

About the Role

The Customer Service Director will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients while supporting the company's goals.

This role involves:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring clients are responded to promptly and accurately
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of each client's specific needs and financial requirements
  • Developing processes to support the turnaround time of the loan finance process, with a focus on client touch points
  • Liaising with the loan processing team and directing client queries to relevant team members
  • Managing directors' inboxes and being the first point of contact to respond to queries

To be successful in this role, you will need:
