Process Transformation Lead

This is a leadership position that focuses on driving process transformation and improving customer experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transformation, process design, and customer experience leadership.

- Partner with senior leaders to launch new products and solutions.
- Drive high-value initiatives and track success through customer-focused measures.
- Build trusted relationships across the business and industry.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of process excellence professionals.
- Extensive experience in transformation, process design, and customer experience leadership.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
- Australian citizenship and ability to attain AGSVA clearance.
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 standards.
