Business Process Transformation Specialist

- We work on an 18 to 24 month project within the Process Excellence team, redesigning, improving, and controlling critical processes.
- This includes process simplification, standardisation, and translating our Brand promise to centre around customer and employee experiences.
As the Process Transformation Expert, you will partner with business process owners and the Process Excellence team to deliver outcomes using Process Transformation methods and tools.
- You will lead complex projects to diagnose, evaluate, and implement solutions to improve customer and employee experiences.
- You will manage cross-functional teams, sponsors, and partners across different areas of the business to uplift process capability and maturity.
- You will perform data analysis of existing business process performance, pinpoint root causes of poor performance, and design solutions to improve.
- You will provide advice on product and process design initiatives to ensure customers are at the forefront of discussions.
