**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our process redesign efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that drive process improvements, boost efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale process transformations focused on simplifying processes and improving customer experience.
  • Partner with senior leaders to remove friction and ensure seamless product launches.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, tracking success through NPS measures, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
  • Bailey trusted relationships across the business and industry to influence outcomes and share best practice.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of process excellence professionals.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in transformation, process design, and customer experience leadership.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt), with a track record in automation (RPA).
  • A proven leader who influences at the highest levels and thrives in complex, matrix environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, balancing business performance with customer-first outcomes.
