Technical Product Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to shape the future of customer experiences with technology.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with international customers and segment account teams to understand business needs and align them with strategic objectives.
- Develop and drive delivery of the International Markets Software Roadmap, including prioritization of initiatives and resource allocation.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify gaps and opportunities that support sales pipelines and growth.
- Translate business needs and customer insights into clear technical requirements for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineering and product design teams to deliver valuable, scalable, and customer-focused solutions.
- Support go-to-market planning and execution of new software solutions.
- Computer Science background or similar experience.
- Experience working on B2B products and directly engaging with customers.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or software engineering.
- Experience developing technical solutions and/or customer-facing digital experiences.
