About the Role

We're looking for a Product Development Specialist to join our Product Team and help evolve our product offering by effectively working with internal stakeholders and insurer partners on updates to ensure compliance and competitiveness in the market.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Analyse insurer requests in collaboration with Senior Specialists and product managers to assess technical and commercial feasibility.
  • Turn concepts into clear Jira tickets, including documents, occupations, ratings, algorithms, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead refinement sessions with developers, QA, and technical specialists to ensure delivery clarity for the Product Maintenance squad.
  • Validate completed work before it heads to QA and keep documentation up to date in document management tools.
  • Partner with underwriters and insurer teams to clarify pricing and product changes.

What we're looking for:

  • 2–3 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in a product-heavy environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks and writing testable, value-driven user stories.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; document management experience is a plus.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with great communication skills.
  • The ability to balance commercial priorities with technical feasibility.
